Effective security comes from clear priorities.
Cybersecurity is not a set of isolated products, but a continuous process that connects business risk, technologies, people, suppliers and response capabilities. NESQ supports public and private organizations in building a security program proportionate to the context, avoiding generic interventions and concentrating resources on truly critical assets and processes.
The service portfolio covers the entire risk management cycle: governance, identification, protection, detection, response and recovery. Each activity is defined through an agreed scope, priority criteria, responsibilities and expected results. The goal is to produce usable evidence, not documentation as an end in itself.
Areas of intervention
- Basic cybersecurity: inventory, cyber hygiene, access protection, email security, backup and cloud security.
- Advanced Cybersecurity: Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Test, Red Team, Attack Surface Management, Threat Intelligence and Zero Trust architectures.
- Incident response: containment, analysis, technical coordination and recovery support in the event of ransomware, data breach, BEC or malware.
- Training: separate paths for users, management, IT administrators and crisis teams.
- SOC and AI SOC: monitoring, detection engineering, triage, threat hunting and supervised automations.
- Digital forensics and compliance: preservation of evidence, investigations, expert reports, governance and readiness paths.
Working method
Each assignment begins with understanding the scope, objectives and operational constraints. This is followed by evidence collection, technical analysis, validation of the results and comparison with the stakeholders. The critical issues are ranked considering probability, impact, exposure and feasibility of the correction.
Usable outputs
- executive summary for management and function managers;
- technical report with evidence, risk criteria and recommendations;
- improvement roadmap with priorities, dependencies and responsibilities;
- support for remediation, retest and effectiveness verification;
- useful metrics for measuring the evolution of risk over time.
The service is always calibrated to the size, sector and level of maturity of the organization. When there are regulatory or contractual obligations, the technical component is coordinated with the client's legal, privacy and compliance advisors.
